The Bellwood Barn is an original Dutch barn from the late 1800s.
It has been relocated from Carlisle, NY, transported to it's current location roughly around the year 2000. The soaring ceilings, 100 year old timber frames and beautiful polished concrete floors make
it a unique and special structure rarely come by.
The Bellwood Barn is a boutique venue and vacation home rental. It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom barn conversion designed for small intimate gatherings, unique events, group retreats, or simple weekend getaways. The property consists of 24 acres situated in a cul-de-sac in Western Saugerties, just 2 hours from New York City. Whether you are using the property as an intimate venue space, or simply for a retreat in woodland serenity, the occasion will certainly feel special. The property has 24 acres of serene landscape, mostly occupied by woodland. Short hikes or meditative walks can be enjoyed using its natural paths and walkways. The property also has a natural firepit constructed from collected blue stone found on the property itself. An old rustic wooden shed is also located in the back area of the property.
The Bellwood Barn can accommodate a group of up to 175 guests. There is an outdoor deck (approx.1,000 square foot in size), and a 6 acre clearing outdoors where an outdoor event can be accommodated as well. The property's size and design
make events feel intimate, secluded and private.
