The pictures do not do this place justice-it's HUGE!!!! Amazing barn with all modern amenities. The screens on the open barn doors were great! We felt like you were outside all the time. Host was very easy to get intouch with, and wonderful! Totally would recommend for kids, families, or adult getaway! close to everything but in your own giant barn!

Thank you so much for the most amazing stay! We loved opening the barn doors on a sunny late afternoon and drinking wine while the kids ran around -- bliss! The fire pit was really fun at night and we also liked walking to the lighthouse.

Even more spectacular than the photos. I went with three friends and my toddler daughter, but could totally work for 3 couples. Jessica was super responsive and kind, we were greeted with a sweet note and huge arrangement of gladiolus. Beautiful art and record collection...

An amazing barn. Great escape from NYC over a long weekend. The barn had everything we needed, and there were local shops that made it easy to stock up. Very serene setting and peaceful. Will appeal to creatives as the house was beautifully finished. Will definitely visit again.

Great stay at Jessica's barn! We were a group of 10 adults and Jessica was really accommodating, setting up a couple of extra air mattresses for us to all sleep comfortably. We spent most of our time lazing about in the various open spaces, cooking on the smoker/grill, and playing sports/games in large yard. Would definitely recommend for a group or large family looking for a getaway!

" ...From the moment my friends & I stepped foot inside, we were blown away. The space is massive, giving way to plenty of space to cook, read, relax, play games, play darts, and anything else. The interior was stellar- all the bedrooms are large and comfortable and are beautifully decorated. Damian and Nicole chose The Bellwood Barn for their ceremony, as well as for a casual gathering the following day. Family traveling from England and New York City were able to relax and share quality time postnuptials with a group stay at the barn where the family bonded over an afternoon BBQ, and a game of English futball.

We could not have asked for a more beautiful and special location to share our most important day with friends, family and loved ones. The Barn and the property are the most amazingly seamless combination of a traditional 1800's, hand hewn, wide beam, high ceiling, traditional barn, with the most modern of amenities. "...When my family and I arrived to spend a few days here over New Years, our jaws dropped. Of course the pictures do the Bellwood Barn justice, but this place is simply spectacular. There was a bottle of bubbly and some local artisanal chocolates that the owners left for us to enjoy. Jess and Andy did an amazing job renovating the barn and turning it into a relaxing respite away from the city. The decor is thoughtful: very clean, minimal and zen-inducing..."

"We were a group of three couples looking to get away for a few nights over the new years holiday. We loved our time at Bellwood Barn. The space is incredible...huge, open, catwalks, reclaimed wood beams, concrete floors, industrial kitchen. It's an old barn on the outside, but the inside is new, warm, and clean. The design is sort of minimalist but still very warm. We loved the heated floors, the wood stove, and the huge lounging area by the fire. There is a selection of vinyl and a sound system that provided a great soundtrack for our stay. Jess was very easy to work with and responsive to all inquiries."
